Milk Tap
We stand behind our products; the quality of all the items we sell. On 1st July 2022, we opened the milk tap with a farm vending machine. The milk and other products are direct from our farm; pure and honest food. 
Our fresh, raw milk offers many benefits; it is unprocessed, hence more nutrients, vitamins and minerals. It has more taste and above all it is good for your health. Raw milk should be stored at 4°C and can be kept for a maximum of 3 days.
For immediate consumption, boil the milk for 2-3 minutes and keep stirring, which is long enough to safely drink the milk. If you boil the milk longer, it will minimize the valuable nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Use our fresh creamy milk for a delicious cup of cappuccino, hot chocolate, pancake or make delicious rice pudding or vanilla custard.
When milk stands for a day, a creamy layer is created on top, you can cream it off and make it into whipped cream or shake the bottle to enjoy delicious creamy milk.
Farm Vending Machine
In addition to the milk tap, we also installed a farm vending machine which sells our potatoes, onions and our home-made cheeses. During the tulip season of course tulips and/or tulip bulbs direct from our land. Bottles and cooling bags are available in the farm vending machine so you can take any of our products home safe and secured.
Relaxing terrace
The milk house, which houses our milk tap and farm vending machine, is also a relaxing space for cyclists and walkers who enjoy Flevoland’s wide, green landscape. On our relaxing terrace you can take in the wide polder landscape and experience life below sea level, not only physically but also through our amazing art project. You can learn about the history of Flevoland and De Kandelaar and/or do any of the activities we have on our land available. For e-bikers, we have installed a charging point.
Open daily and parking
The milk tap and farm vending machine are open daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The car can be parked on the side of the road close to the milk house. If you would like to stay longer, e.g. enjoy the terrace or do any of the activities at the farm, you can park the car temporarily on the yard. There is plenty of room here and it is free!
